HomeServe has gone through a sea change over the past couple of years or so, from a place where I felt that company didn't really care about it's customers, to a company where doing the right thing for customers is at the forefront of everything we do, and is embedded throughout every department. The management team live and breathe this culture, setting a great example for everyone who works here.
Cons
As it is such a big company, it can be slow to react to new technologies that can help you with your job.
