Focussing on it's people, developing talent and nurturing people through the ranks. If you work hard and have commitment and passion HomeServe is an amazing place to work. - attitude of senior management is definitely about openness and honesty. No where have I ever worked has there been an open door policy to senior execs, a willingness to listen and an appetite to innovate and nuture ideas
Cons
- processes can be complex and sometimes process for process sake... It feels like sometimes we patch the cracks rather than rebuild from the ground up. Although this is beginning to change. - it can sometimes seem that there is a culture of 'cliques' from department to department and some senior managers definitely have their favourites which is extremely evident.
