Pros
In my opinion HomeServe treat their staff very well, hearing from family and friends how they get treated at their places of work makes me really glad I work here! I find the work really varied and that I am given every opportunity to develop myself and those around me.
Cons
Everything moves so fast, decisions can happen in the blink of an eye and sometimes its easy to feel out of touch - but this is much better than it being sterile or boring.
