Pros

there are none, manager look after themselves

Cons

when the managers make mistakes they cover it up, they want to look good in front of head office and do not care how they do it, they lie and if your face does not fit they will get rid off you

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
