Pros

From the top down there is a genuine belief that focusing on the People will mean the People put the Customer first and if we do that the numbers will follow! People & Customers are always important in decision making. It's recognised that not everything works out; that it is better to try and fail than not try at all - this really helps get the best out of People. The strategy is clear, well communicated and has with good buy-in from all levels of the business. The leadership team are approachable and listen to new ideas. The physical environment has improved a lot .

Cons

Decision making can be slow and progress on some of the bigger projects should be quicker.

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
