Our policies apply to all HomeServe employees, if you think this isn’t the case I’d appreciate it if you could speak with either myself or another senior member of staff. It does sound from your comments as though you may have an issue with an individual manager? I’d suggest speaking to one of the Operations Managers about this, alternatively, please feel free to book in some time with me.
Employee morale is something we really care about and is a priority for us. We have recently invested a significant amount of money to make the facilities at Banbury better and I have also been delivering action planning sessions to build upon the feedback we have already received. I’d really like the opportunity to talk to you about some of the things we perhaps haven’t gotten quite right, and how we can make this better. Please do book some time in for a one-to-one.
