Pros

Homeserve is bucking the trend in gas businesses in the U.K. With a real commitment to growing its own workforce and customers in this sector as well as establishing its own centre of excellence in Nottingham. It's gone from 0 direct labour to over 300 engineers and still counting in 2 years. The new offices in Nottingham is fab as is the team there. I feel like there will be loads of opportunities looking ahead. Very exciting place to be !

Cons

Like any business that grows quickly, you have to be able to embrace change and support your team to do it. Overall we do this well, you do have to be up for it of course!

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
