9yI really appreciate you taking the time for your brief review. I agree we do have very hard working and committed People. It is a challenge from what you've left to determine why you don't recommend, have a negative outlook for the company, and disapprove of the CEO. It is very rare to see all three so I'm assuming you have not left on good terms which is fair enough. That being said I can comment on the Cons. Marketing have the same budget process as everyone else. We do hold some central budget for things like the cascades, the Halloween fair, the summer music festival, or the Christmas Ball but those are for the benefit of all staff members. I think like every business of our size most leavers are in year 1 or year 2 but I've seen the stats and we rate very well compared to other similar businesses. That being said we want to improve our selection process so there are fewer first year leavers and that seems to be working as attrition in Walsall has dropped for 5 consecutive years. Thanks again for your comments, especially taking the time to leave them.
