Pros
- Good employees, very nice and hardworking people - Assistant manager is very cooperative with scheduling - casual work environment - free snacks - get paid weekly instead of bi-weekly
Cons
- there is somewhat of a high turnover rate, especially when corporate says there aren't enough hours to give to the existing employees - You have to sell credit cards consistently to customers in order to have steady hours - the store manager plays favorites - always understaffed, especially during the busiest days of the week - the discount is 10% for employees, pretty low and that barely covers state taxes in California
