Pros

Enjoyed the job of unloading, unpacking and assembling items.

Cons

I came down with COVID in 2020 and they didn't believe me. I spent days calling the parent co. HR office and was eventually let go. HomeGoods Hired me back for the Holiday rush with increased pay then cut back my hours a few months later and then said they were letting me go because they couldn't afford me. This is a pattern with experienced higher paid staff. They then hire new people at a lower wage.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
