Senior management does not understand how to mentor, train, or motivate hourly employees or management correctly. Senior management does not understand how the operation runs on a day to day basis. There is an expectation for continuous improvement but there are no tools, assistance, or ideas allowed. Broken processes stay broken because nothing is allowed to actually change.
