Bullying happens FACT - Manager Holiday Extras Employee Review

The toxic behaviour & bullying is real in insurance & that is from those in senior lead positions. It is very clear the company like to cover this up. The insurance managers constantly ignore you unless it’s to their benefit & want you to do something, they are all out for themselves & don’t think twice about ridiculing you, they care about no one, they are lazy, rude & act like backstabbing teenagers . Nothing is done on giving feedback, they think the answer to everything is a BBQ or pizza which is a joke! The staff that have been here a while have had enough & feel demoralised, They are taking on younger staff who they want to mould, so they don’t know any different. The company promotes flexible working & work life balance but this is another one of those things they feed you that is far from the truth.
