Strong regional and local management. Focus on community engagement, people development and long term sustainable business. Compensation is more on base salary with less weight on bonus. Excellent Health and Benefits. Emphasis on mandatory training for Ethics and Safety. My boss is a great at allowing people leverage their strengths and interests while challenging the team to focus on the key objectives.
Cons
The bonus is disconnected from the Personal, Company's, Region's and Business Unit's actual performance. So, the employee can be in a situation where you exceed your individual performance objectives and Business Unit's objectives but still have a poor bonus. Over the past couple of years, the full bonus seems out of reach for the average employee. The HR Recruiters are contractor with no emotional investment in the company and the experience is terrible
