Pros
The majority of the employees are really nice and most believe in team work. Great opportunity to learn and grow. The salary and benefits were wonderful. The work life balance for me, initially, was great. My hiring supervisor understood and valued the importance of family and knew that a person with a great work/life balance was essentially a great employee.
Cons
Lack of consistent communication between the uppers and lowers and in many cases, lack of communication between the uppers and uppers. Lack of consistent follow through on things that have been discussed which made it difficult to know what direction the company was going in. Once they get through the pangs of restructuring all will be well again.
