      Pros

      Always busy and challenging. Great to see project's completed with our quality products of ready mix. Pension and benefit package are very good. Co-workers are nice to work with as is management.

      Cons

      My bonus was added to my bi weekly pay witch I do not like.

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.

      Run down equipment and lack of effort from higher ups to fix things properly. Lots of nepotism.
