Make up their own rules Make their full timers stay over until all their freight is done regardless if they scheduled you to be on a register all day. They make sure to let you know you are replaceable ALL THE Time Regardless of how good you do your job, they will never say anything positive. It’s always negative. Been there 4 years and not once did they ever say hey thanks for all your hard work. They told me I’d get a raise by taking on the cash office along with being a department head but never got one. They went through 5 managers since I been there. There’s soooo much more I could say but I have things to do!
