      Pros

      Good pay compared to most grounds keeping/mowing crews. Great people on the crew. Good work atmosphere. Freedom of movement.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Company is terrible. Benefits are not very good. Not very accommodating to time off even if you have a crisis.

      Pros

      good pay. 6 paid holidays.

      Cons

      Distribution center only cares about numbers, not employees. Keep your production up to 90 or above or you're a goner. Fellow employees wil mow you down trying to pull their items. and if you're slow, look out, you have to get out ot THEIR way. And of course you can't make your production if you can't work and have to wait for others to fill their orders.
