Pros
Usually flexible schedule and great for part-timers. Store management is very attentive and helpful with problems on the job. continual pay raises for full-timers.
Cons
Very strict rules concerning basic work procedures such as trash/cardboard disposal,which only the on-duty managers are allowed to handle. Also associates are not allowed to let other morning workers in the door before store opens,and only managers are permitted to. Yearly multiple resets of merchandise/aisles which is mostly unnecessary,but assigned to keep employees busy during off peak season.
