Racist management. A few token blacks sprinkled in for good measure. Worked me and my son to death to open a store for $10hr. with hopes of being chosen full-time at $15. Knowing full well they never intended on keeping but a few favs of theirs. Picked on my son constantly. He couldn't stand still for a moment when they had only him and one Hispanic guy unload several trucks of very very heavy solid wood and glass fixtures to the point my son was throwing up in the restroom. Got tired of manager pushing the date back to choose fulltimers. Managers would walk in and say good morning to SELECT employees and pass others up. Looked down their noses at us and condescending attitudes . In my 40's on my knees on concrete with a drill and wood screws putting the cheapest fixtures together. And I've set up a couple Walmarts before. Raw glass shards cutting your hands and flying towards your eyes. No gloves, knee pads or goggles. Horrible company.
