      Pros

      The only pro is that you have a job. Possibly pay only if you are full time compared to other retail stores.

      Cons

      Management is so bad. So are the rules and regulations the company has. How the operations of the company runs during the busiest time of the year is also really bad.

      Pros

      good pay. 6 paid holidays.

      Cons

      Distribution center only cares about numbers, not employees. Keep your production up to 90 or above or you're a goner. Fellow employees wil mow you down trying to pull their items. and if you're slow, look out, you have to get out ot THEIR way. And of course you can't make your production if you can't work and have to wait for others to fill their orders.
