Pros
Having the privilege to help shape policy, procedure and processes at HbM afforded me the opportunity to see the Senior Management Team's commitment to the future of the business. It was refreshing to witness innovative and entrepreneurial leadership in Sharon and her team as well as in the Administrative Support leaders like Jenna C. There's a reason why HbM has survived and thrived for 30 years!
Cons
It's disingenuous to think that an organization of HbM's size has no cons. So here's my 2 cents: 1. HbM needs to figure out a way to replicate itself in other geographic areas quicker 2. Senior Management Team could do more to benefit up-and-coming entrepreneurs through formal mentoring and/or coaching program
