Hired by Matrix interview questions

Got a random phone call from India, couldn't understand a word that was said, got a scetchy email immediately afterwards. Generally uncomfortable with the entire exchange. Email stated that we discussed things such as 'Rights to Represent' but that is simply untrue.

Initial interview with recruiter went well as we discussed my experience and the opportunity at the respective company. However, I never heard back from the recruiter. Subsequently, I followed up with the recruiter and still did not get a response to my questions regarding the position.
