Pros

You will leave this place with endless memorable funny/nightmarish stories. Lots of good hard working immigrant workers here who are exploited thoroughly by the Shrestha brothers.

Cons

Extremely poor working conditions. Expect 100 degree temps in the factory during summer with no AC, scrubbing fuzzy moldy blocks of cheese in a freezer for months when there's an outbreak, verbal and sexual harassment (Verbal if male, sexual if female) from the 2 Shrestha brothers who abuse their power, nepotism hires with made up useless positions, endless drama/backstabbing from a dissatisfied workforce, employees crying regularly/permanently injuring limbs due to unsafe work environments, and expect the best and brightest to leave quickest when they realize this place is beyond saving. Good people are at every company typically, but at the end of the day, the primary owners are borderline evil, and this clearly rolls downhill. I look forward to the day when a surprise audit shuts them down, or some me too lawsuit gets traction. Hopefully that'll happen before they off more dogs with their unsanitary products.

Pros

It’s given me a better understanding of what I’m looking for in a long-term role

Cons

This has been one of the most disorganized and difficult workplaces I’ve experienced. Communication from management is inconsistent, and important information is often not shared directly with employees, leading people to rely on coworkers for updates and creating constant confusion on the floor. Instead of promoting teamwork, the leadership style often creates division within the workplace. Expectations are not applied consistently, and concerns raised by employees are not always handled in a constructive way. Because of this, feedback does not feel welcomed, and communication can become strained after speaking up. There are also concerns about how GMP and safety standards are enforced. Expectations are not applied evenly across all roles, and accountability appears inconsistent. This creates frustration, especially when some employees are held to strict standards while others are not. In addition, there appears to be favoritism in how employees are treated, which affects morale and contributes to a stressful environment. A typical day feels reactive rather than structured, with frequent changes and limited clear direction. Overall, the workplace feels highly stressful due to poor communication, lack of organization, inconsistent leadership, and a culture that does not promote fairness, accountability, or teamwork. The focus is heavily on meeting production numbers, sometimes at the expense of maintaining consistent quality standards. Quality does not appear to be the main priority. The emphasis is heavily placed on meeting production numbers, sometimes at the expense of consistency and attention to detail.
