Pressure from the top to do the impossible. They ask you to do a lot but give you zero support to get done the things they want done. Good workers are exploited. They find hard working people and pile the workload on to them. And when that hard working person messes up just once, they never hear the end of it. They write you up (affecting your review) and don't even think twice about what they've done wrong. Their managers have a lot of pressure on them from upper management (who sit in offices not knowing what's wrong but seeing numbers and assuming they have solutions). They really don't care about their people. They only care about numbers.
