I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hilco Vision
Interview
What a mess! Job ad: Remote position. HR person confirmed: it is a remote position. A consultant working for the company (1st interview): it is a remote position. The hiring manager literally said: "I don't care where you will be working from" even without me asking him.
A VP from another department: "So how far you are to commute?! Oh wait, I didn't know it was a remote position!!". C-level and final interview: Yes it is a remote, but we expect 75% travel! I agreed. They then rejected me! I don't mind getting to the final round of interviews and not get selected, but what I mind is to disrespect the candidate time, Not knowing whether they are hiring remotely or at-office till the final round is a huge red flag. Chaos and poor management. I think I dodged a bullet anyways.

Question 1
Are you wiling to travel 3 weeks every month at the beginning for this "remote" position?!
Applied online, interviewed via phone, interviewed in person -- process was very easy and felt seamless. Everyone involved was kind and respectful of my time and the time that I took off of work to meet with the team
