Beautiful office location, but toxic leadership and culture - Director Highspot Employee Review

Terrible executive and senior leadership with no clear direction. Toxic culture of nepotism and favoritism, and just all around political games, using folks as political pawns / throwing them under the bus. It's very clear why they have not made Best Place To Work in years now. Do not come to HS. Look elsewhere.
