Pros
Nice people at the bottom but unhappy and afraid given the merger and how little EQ leadership has. It’s always been bad but the merger has exposed it more.
Cons
Inept leadership with no vision or competence. CEO is probably the worst I’ve ever seen. In my long tenure here, he has only caused problems. Product builds what he tells the to, not what customers are asking us for. The product is broken and all he chases is shiny features.
