Milestone is consistent in their policy and procedures and expectations are attainable and clear. There is an excellent foundation of knowledge being one of the largest management companies in the US with highly tenured leaders. Procedures are evaluated and tested prior to roll out so that there are not constant changes and new systems to learn. Milestone is transparent in their communication and with the consistency, you do not get put through the constant "fire drills" that some companies generate. The additional vacation time accrued with tenure is a great benefit along with a highly competitive bonus structure. On top of a supportive corporate group, we have an amazing team in our region who openly share their knowledge and experience to streamline efficiencies and assist each other when needed. I couldn't be happier to be a part of such a fantastic team of people.

No company is perfect. With growth comes growing pains that are not always avoidable. Overall Cons are minimal.
