Pros

Milestone is a wonderful place to work. There are always opportunities for growth and development as well as outside perks such as sporting event tickets!

Cons

The growth at this point has led to understaffed departments. This leads to current employees having to work multiple overtime hours in order to get completed in a timely manner to satisfy our clients.

Great benefits which now include Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, and Pet Insurance, discount on rent living on-site, great co-workers, and a great Regional team that keeps the company's mission at the forefront of everything they do.

Cons

Sometimes it can seem difficult navigating resident issues but truthfully the support we get from management makes this so much easier.
