      Pros

      Great people, strong support from leadership, and opportunities for growth. I have been with Highmark for 22 years and have had the opportunity to advance from Maintenance Supervisor to Project Manager. The company values teamwork and promotes from within whenever possible.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, priorities and processes can change quickly, which requires flexibility and adaptability.

      Disorganized company and corporate offices . Not a lot of employee incentives / appreciation. Very strict with days/time off Benefits subpar
