They would say 'they just don't have what it takes' even though last month they were saying that this person was 'a hero'. Don't join this company unless you really enjoy talking behind people's backs, and being talked about; dealing with terrible managers that never stick up for you; and ultimately a company that, regardless of your sacrifices, wouldn't care if you died in the gutter when they decide they no longer need you.
