Utility Operator and Painter - Anonymous employee High Steel Structures Employee Review

Not very organized, Some supervisor's don't know how to do their jobs, not enough room in the building to complete the work that needs to be done. Hire people that say they know how to do the job when in fact they don't and they really don't teach you that much for the job in hand. They have you sign a paper saying that you were in a meeting when you never attended one (but you have to sign the paper saying you did)!
