      Pros

      Good place to learn and gain experience. Training was OJT but they would send you to equipment manufacturers for training if you asked.

      New management regime created interesting dynamic.

      Pros

      Good pay, plenty of overtime. Interesting machines that break frequently.

      Cons

      They hire ex cons, child molesters, and drug addicts. Management plays favorites. They promote their friends. It’s dirty, cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The atmosphere is unprofessional. Tend to be unprofitable and don’t give out bonuses or profit sharing. Most employees are inexperienced.
