The coworkers are the best part of this environment while also having the potential to be the worst. If you are with a quality teammate, the job is not bad.
Cons
Laziness, hands off management, low pay, constantly on thin ice, preferential treatment by management, unsafe conditions never met A lot of racism I was promised training and internal promotion and have received neither after years of working here. Mandatory overtime for the past 6 months with no end in sight.
