Pros

When we were in the office together, it was collaborative, innovative, supportive… I’ll miss this company. It was truly an amazing concept and we did great work

Cons

The company was purchased by MediVisuals, who has subsequently and succinctly laid off High Impact employees since the acquisition. The writing on the wall is there. 0 stars MediVisuals

Pros

The culture here is amazing. We are always here supporting each other and management will go above and beyond to help you in both professional and personal moments. The fact that our CEO knows each of our families is huge. I have never progressed faster at a studio! It is a testament to the support and training we are given here. The owner wants us to have the latest and greatest toys to play with so that our exhibits are the best in the industry. I have done everything from indie game development, big studio production and loads of freelance clients. I feel like I have worked with the best and worst in the industry and I can confidently tell you the Highimpact is the best!

Cons

Long hours from time to time, but any visual arts studio has this. Not sure if this is really a con, because this is just the norm of visual artists. I don't know a studio that does not go through crunch time. HighImpact makes sure that they take care of their artist during these stressful times. They stock our fridges full of food and drinks. Give us gift cards or comp days. We also have company massages as well as team building activities that help us blow off some steam.
