Pros
Seemed like everyone was on the same team there and got along generally well. I know the company has been bought since I was there so I'm not sure how that impacted the culture but it was great working with everyone and all the subject matter was fascinating. There was room to grow there and it seemed like our work was really appreciated.
Cons
As fascinating as wit was, it's not good to hear tragic stories all the time either and you either get calloused to it or you won't last. I'm not sure that level of exposure to bad things that happen to people is healthy.
