Pros

Pros are only for 10 or 12 people who are drawing most salaries and eating up most of the bigger pie of salaries in Jaipur office. Office colleagues are fine especially who are there for slightly longer time.

Cons

1. People like us who are generating revenue by working on billable tasks are neglected most when it comes to salaries. 2. Most of the directors (other than legal directors) are making loads of money without doing or having commensurate responsibilities. 70 lac or 65 lac per annum salary and they just spend time in smoking or wandering here and there. What an easy money!! Remove them all and just have Senior managers by promoting technically sound employees and it will be a huge saving for the company. 3. There is no need of Director in HR and removal of this position and incumbent will really bring in positivity in the office environment. That HR director is getting 70 lac per annum only for organizing 3-4 office parties and arranging office logistics like tea coffee bags etc and thwarting progress of people here. The moment any employee say anything different than HR Director views that employee is fired in a few days. This needs to stop for positiviness on the office environment and minimising office politics. 4 Currently unnecessary outsorcing of Firelight work has been done in jaipur officer and this will create huge risk of compromising data and code secrecy and work has become very muddy due to external vendors whereas in-house employees are sitting idle.

Pros

- Clear leader in insuretech - Fully remote in the U.S., but with a warm, cordial, collegial culture - A "first name" company. Say "Bob," or "Chris," and people have a strong probability of knowing who you're talking about. A great organization in which make a name for yourself - Very strong ties with top tier clients - On the right track with huge momentum and potential. Now is a great time to join.

Cons

- Mobility within the company is challenging because we are a lean organization, with competent people filling roles that cannot easily be swapped out or abandoned. Many positions have little backup.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We are proud of the warm, collegial culture you described and love hearing that our momentum and client relationships are being felt across the organization. On career mobility—while we are a lean team, we’ve built a formal career lattice that managers review with employees at least annually. Every role has mapped vertical growth, and we’ve outlined horizontal moves too. This year alone, we’ve promoted or moved over 40 employees globally. One benefit of being lean is that we are not bound by rigid hierarchies. We have the flexibility to be creative and support individual interests. So, if you don’t see a clear path forward, just reach out to your manager or HR Business Partner. We’d love to talk about ways you can continue to grow here at Hexure.

Pros

Flexible PTO, flexible schedules, USED to be remote.

Cons

Workloads are overwhelming, executive leadership is so far removed from the actual work going on day to day. Very little room to advance or grow. Poor decisions by management and leadership. Company was recently acquired, and now all employees not near an office are required to report to a (limited) location option within 24 months. Very much uncertainty within the company and many experienced workers are looking to leave due to the lack of transparency about the new “hybrid” model for those nowhere near an office location.
