Pros

Management trainees get thrown right into the fire! Leadership forces trainees to deal with all the hardship within the operation. Management are hands off at best!

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, promise for upward mobile is a fraud, little to no direction from your leadership. You are a dime of dozen as an employee. In two months saw one manager resign and two other trainee get fired. Your expectations for this "career" move should be checked at the door. Hiring managers will tell you everything you want to hear to get your commitment! Salary/promotions etc! Bottom line be cautious! No work life balance, my schedule was 2pm to 1am and off on Mondays and Tuesday's! No chance for a social life or a girlfriend! I was a walking zombie for 8months (no exaggeration). If you are a college grad, you can do a lot better than Hertz rental. They pray on young grads and promise the ranch & farm only to emerse you into a perpetual energy sucking operation with no guidance from management!

Pros

It is a decent place to work with a steady environment and meaningful day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, it's not a bad company to be a part of if you are looking for stability and purpose in your tasks.

Cons

The internal culture is highly political, and professional advancement often depends more on favoritism than merit. You frequently have to play corporate games and kiss up to management just to get ahead or be noticed.
