Pros
No two days are ever the same working at Hertz, with a new set of customers arriving with changing needs. Lots of opportunities to develop skills in project management to include process re-engineering, productivity, customer service and planning. Senior Management Team is providing recognition for process excellence and strong operating results, and over the past two years these managers are being rewarded, even in a challenging economic environment. Cons
Further advancement in staff/support position will likely require relocation to New Jersey/New York area. Relocation currently does not offer home buyout option. Could be more productive in curent position with clerical/admin assistant support.
