Pros
Dinosaur hunter has left the building. Hopefully people will take note and at the very least will use google to discover the horse memo and High Court Judge feedback. Barely a year in a leadership role should also send a clear signal.
Cons
Leadership team still struggling with financial realities, and would rather ‘stretch’ the truth than be realistic. HR not delivering the needed change to create a great workplace. Many experienced people are leaving. The right talent is not recognised. Gender is not the only criteria to consider (speaking as a female).
