Pros

Every other department is great, especially the UK/Irish call centre side. Canteen, on site doctor, generous 23 holiday days. Decent salary and a good bonus scheme for call centre agents. UK market is a delight to work, the financial and accountancy side of the building seems happy.

Cons

Please be advised that all negative sides of my review are specific to the Spanish market in the call centre, don't read the below if you're applying for a different department that is outside the call centre. Spanish market has the worst leadership I've ever had to encounter in my entire work life. Nepotism is rampant. Team leaders and mentors treat the employees very poorly if there is any nay-say voiced out loud. The language used by the Spanish team lead can be classified as rude sometimes. Any lateral or upwards progression is actively halted by the leadership, any additional work courses provided are also denied. Stay away from the Spanish market in the call centre of this place.

Pros

Great place to work in tandem with other professionals in your trade, always had a feeling of "family" working alongside my peers. We come together when times are tough, this is very rewarding,

Cons

The current economic and geopolitical spectrum have been proving a challenge to this industry as a whole, thankfully we are a resilient outfit with the best people at the helm.

Pros

It is a decent place to work with a steady environment and meaningful day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, it's not a bad company to be a part of if you are looking for stability and purpose in your tasks.

Cons

The internal culture is highly political, and professional advancement often depends more on favoritism than merit. You frequently have to play corporate games and kiss up to management just to get ahead or be noticed.
