Pros
The company has decent benefits. They seem to have one of the better 401k plans out there, compared to other companies. I also enjoyed driving the wide variety of cars available, which helped me make a decision on buying my next car.
Cons
They don't give you enough resources to work with. The branches are very thinly staffed. Our Area Manager said we could have a 5th employee, but it never happened. At the time I quit my job, he still couldn't find someone to replace me. Isn't that the whole point of giving two weeks notice? I mean that is suppose to be enough time to find a replacement. The compensation is very low for the amount of work they require you to do. You start out making only $10 per hour, plus bonuses. When I first joined, they had a decent bonus structure, where you got commission off selling the insurance and road side service. You also got a quarterly bonus and NPS bonus. The new bonus plan changed all that. You only got a quarterly bonus and NPS bonus. So the employees that were getting big monthly bonuses off selling insurance, were making significantly less with the new plan. The customers were awful to work with and our accounts treated us terribly. They certainly didn't appreciate all the hard work we did for them. Finally, don't expect to get much of a lunch break either. If the company is only going to let us have 4 employees at our office, at least let us close for 1 hour to eat.
