Pros
They really took care of you. There isn't anyone I've talked to or met over there that didn't care about you or your opinions. An amazing place to work.
Cons
Working on separate contracts alone can get a little lonely though HeroDevs knows that and they keep themselves involved with you. I've worked with other consulting firms before where they put you in a job and forget about you while they collect. HeroDevs is not like that. They care. Company wide weekly meetings might be too much though they are engaging.
