Pros
Friendly working environment and provided all the training needed. Felt safe asking questions when needed to and praised for good work. I was offered the same job a year later as they kept my contact details, but was already in full-time permanent work by then.
Cons
I was let go early, but only because the work had been completed ahead of Christmas... so no one's fault, exactly, just a shame because I enjoyed the work! My role was also lots of independent work (good and bad, depending on how you view that)
