no climbing up the position. you will be chewed and spit on. despite this being a very small company

Pros

-flexible hours -lots of clients

Cons

-No benefits of being an employee (health insurance etc...) but same expectations (you represent helping and will be punished if you mess up) -Can lose work suddenly with no notice -Helpling raises their middleman rate without telling clients so either you take a pay cut or "raise" your prices to match.
