Pros

Honestly, none. There is nothing more off-putting to an employee than seeing upper management so disorganised and clueless. Only apply if you're happy to be made redundant shortly as the company is always at risk due to outrageously poor management.

Cons

Never seen a company that would consistently make the same mistakes for several years (as mentioned by anyone I ever spoke to at the company) and refuse to learn from them while making huge financial losses. Management too stuck up and arrogant to accept they're lacking common sense. Every employee that I have seen quit has nothing good to say of them, which should be a red light to anyone wanting to apply. A lot of conflicts, HR only there to do the paper work, no employee support or attempts to engage them at all. I have seen my own team lead be so defeated, overworked and stressed with no support that they have nothing good to say of their own manager. They motivate you through negative pressure, unrealistic goals and inappropriate guidelines.

Pros

-flexible hours -lots of clients

Cons

-No benefits of being an employee (health insurance etc...) but same expectations (you represent helping and will be punished if you mess up) -Can lose work suddenly with no notice -Helpling raises their middleman rate without telling clients so either you take a pay cut or "raise" your prices to match.
