      The micromanagement is prevalent in different Alliances Competitive culture with no or low salary increase Colleagues are toxic and angry Managers want us to wait until they leave, which is usually 7PM, sometimes Stealing private food from the shared fridge

      Cons

      Salaries are higher compared to the market standard Modern office with enough beverages and fresh fruits
