- Food discount - Fun staff events - Opportunities for international travel for some people - Downtown office location - Stock is doing well

- Frustrating structural issues, especially with the split between the HelloFresh team and the Chefs Plate teams. A lot of that work could very easily be consolidated. The acquisition was a mess and our poor leadership was put on full display. - There are "OG" employees who remain in high up positions even though the business has clearly outgrown them. - People management skills and career development are lacking. - A lot of top-down, nonsensical initiatives/the global team and CEO regularly side-rail projects.

- a lot of work to be done and the company is tirelessly trying to improve itself - if you introduce an useful new tool, it gets used tomorrow - free food all around (employee discount on mealkits, on-site testkitchen food, a kitchen full of breakfast, fruits, and snacks etc.)
Cons
- won't allow someone who needs guidance or rules/playbooks to survive (because YOU write it!) - corporate structure is still quite ambiguous (we still live in the image of a startup but actually have a German headquarter...) - fast-paced......sometimes too fast! Absolutely need to keep up with changes by being resourceful or at least asking questions all the time
