Pros
Most employees at Hella are very quick and good at doing their jobs. The engineering department has years of valuable experience built up and most people are happy to share their knowledge.
Cons
The process comes from multiple groups at the German headquarters. New processes (updates or sometimes completely new forms) are rolled out about every two years and the US office doesn't always catch up to the process before it has changed again. Old software tools are used that often make it difficult to get anything done.
