Hella interview questions

Process start with a HR phone screen, then proceed to a technical interview with the hiring team. After that allegedly there was one more with the superior of the hiring team which they said will be schedule in the immediate week but never came, When i try to reach out the HR team to ask about the stage of the process they ghost me.

The hiring process was disorganized and unprofessional, with a Python requirement raised mid-interview despite the take-home assignment being entirely in Python. Interview questions were too basic for a Lead-level role, with no system design depth or genuine technical engagement. The interviewer was sarcastic and dismissive, and made incorrect remarks about the submitted pipeline work. The interview ran 50 minutes over the scheduled time, and all questions about the project were met with vague, non-committal answers. The role has been open since January, and the entire process felt like a formality with no real intent to hire externally.
